Purchase in our e-shop.
1. Find the right product for you and choose the quantity.
2. Add the product or products to the shopping cart by pressing the ADD TO CART button.
3. When you have selected all the suitable products, click on the SHOPPING CART button in the upper right corner
4. If all the products in the shopping cart are suitable, click the CONTINUE PURCHASE button.
5. Select the appropriate shipping address from the existing ones or add a new one and click the CONTINUE button
6. Choose the delivery method that suits you, by default it is a VENIPAK courier with free delivery from the purchase of 15 € and press the CONTINUE button
(add a comment or question related to the product or delivery if desired)
7. When you reach the payment page, select the payment method that suits you by clicking on the payment method in the circle and click on the ORDER BY PAYMENT button, after which you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
8. We will send you an e-mail invoice on the basis of which you can pay for the products.
9. After paying for the order, we will send you a confirmation that the payment has been received and the products have been shipped.
10. If you choose both VENIPAK courier and Smartpost as a parcel delivery method, you will receive an SMS notification of the parcel delivery.
11. The Venipak courier will also definitely call in advance and notify you when the parcel arrives.
