Returns
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement concluded in the online store within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Buyer or a third party named by the Buyer, who is not the carrier, has physically received the Goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified of your decision to withdraw from the Sales Agreement with a written statement, which must be submitted to the Seller's representative office or sent by e-mail.
The returned goods must be undamaged. The cost of the return is covered by the buyer.
The purchase amount will be returned to the customer's account within 7 days after the goods arrive at the seller's warehouse.
